Bowl with a Hole from dz design

This bowl has been careved out of part of a hollow ash tree. Initially one of the processes involved was burning out the rotten wood which gives it its distinctive colour. This essentially has dictated the shape of the bowl and produced the hole. Then we have finished it with alot of hand sanding.
